SSL certificate renewal reminder emails are sent to the admin contact of the SSL certificate when it was issued.
If you wish to change the email address where the reminder email is sent to, you will need to reissue the SSL certificate with the new admin contact details.
An alternative way to make the change of admin contact is to set up an email filtering/forwarding rule at your current admin contact's email account settings. This can be set up at either the mail server end, webmail or email client. One common email filtering/forwarding rule is to forward emails matching "from", "subject" and/or "content" of a reminder email to the new admin contact. Our renewal emails are currently sent from info@sslreminder.com .
