After your orders are placed, please login to your account to claim and use the SSL certificate generation link. Each of the SSL certificate order will have a certificate generation link which looks like https://www.certificategeneration.com/en/certificate/process/(unique_code). Please follow the link and you will be prompted to enter your SSL hostname (eg. ssl.yourcompany.com), admin contact (for order verification), type of server (eg. IIS, Apache) as well as the CSR (Certificate Signing Request). CSR can be generated by your server administrator on the server where the SSL certificate will be installed.

When you apply for your certificate, the system will also attempt to obtain the authorized WHOIS domain contacts for your domain name. You may then choose to have the approval email sent to either the authorized WHOIS domain contact or, alternatively, you will be able to choose a generic domain contact such as below. If the WHOIS domain contact email address is not offered as an option, please choose one of the below email addresses first and email us. We will then have the CA updated to the WHOIS domain contact for you.

admin@yourdomain.com
administrator@yourdomain.com
webmaster@yourdomain.com
hostmaster@yourdomain.com
postmaster@yourdomain.com

The enrollment process for high assurance OV and EV SSL Certificates would also involve telephone-based validation in which the certificate authority will make verification call to authorised organisation contact as listed in 3rd party business directory and government directory like Dun and Bradstreet and Singapore Government Directory.
